In the cellar you sense a well balanced mix of tradition and technology that benefits our wines to gain its, cultivated by generations of experience, to gain its full potential.
We use concrete and steel tanks for the fermentation and big oak barrels and barriques for the ageing of the most ambitious red wines from the Roero countryside.
Winemaking is done carefully, with manual selection of the best handpicked grapes, the soft pressing of the grapes for our white wines and manual rotation of the grapes for our red wines, the right overflows and their cleansing after, to obtain elegance, harmony and substance.
